Why am I unable to select my preferred delivery date?

If you are not able to select a specific date in the product page, it could either mean that the vendor is away or does not operate on that particular date.


In that case, we advise opting for another delivery date or pick another gift from different vendors that provide delivery on your preferred delivery date.

For a delivery date that is blocked out, it is in greyish colour and you are unable to click on the date as per below:

From the picture above, we are unable to click on the date of 25th January 2020 (Public Holiday) as the vendor is not operating on that day.
