Why is the final price different from the initial price listed on the product page?
Product price might vary due to reasons as per below:

1. Delivery Zone/ Delivery Area
Selecting different delivery zone from the product page can cause changes in the final price. For on-demand delivery products, there might be different in pricing for each delivery zone and the final price will be reflected once you have selected the correct zone accordingly. You can cross-check on the final price of the product once all the options have been selected before click "add to cart" button to proceed with the checkout. Below are the example of price differences due to the delivery zone:
