Can I change the delivery address, contact details or delivery date?

If the original delivery date falls on the same day, we do not accept changes as the vendor might have processed and prepared the item especially the highly perishable items (e.g. flowers, cakes, balloons and etc.)

We would suggest leaving the item at the guardhouse/reception/colleague/neighbour and the rider will notify the receiver upon arrival.


However, there are circumstances in which we are able to make changes for you:

1. The original delivery date is more than 2 days at the time of request

2. The order has not been shipped out by the vendor yet.

If you meet all requirements above and would like to change the delivery address, contact or date, please contact us via [email protected] with details of the change and we will assist you from there.

Important Note:

In the event if our vendors are unable to attempt the delivery due to the wrong address / contact given, the delivery may be reattempted but with additional charges (charges would vary depending on vendor). Delivery re-attempts may be done on the next day (for non-perishable items) depending on the available delivery slots. In this scenario, kindly take note that refunds will not be granted.
