Can I request to change delivery date after placing an order?

Yes, the delivery date of the order still can be changed if:

1. The order is delivered via on-delivery, and

2. The original delivery date is more than 2 days upon request

3. The order is not prepared by the vendor


If you meet all requirements above and would like to change on the delivery date, please contact us via [email protected] and we will assist from thereon.

If the original delivery date falls on the same day, we do not accept changes as the vendor might have processed and prepared the item especially the highly perishable items such as flowers, cakes, balloons and etc. We would suggest leaving the item at the guardhouse/ reception/ colleague/ neighbour and the rider will notify the receiver upon arrival.

Alternatively, you can opt for delivery to different addresses and there might be additional charges if the address given falls under the different zone. For orders that had been shipped out, there will be additional charges incurred if reroute needed.

Courier delivery:

We are unable to decide on the delivery schedule of the orders that shipped via courier delivery thus we are unable to change or amend on the delivery date. The item will be delivered within the promised time frame and you can track the shipment via the tracking details given once the parcel is shipped. The estimated delivery date can be checked here.
