Where is my order? I placed the order for delivery for today but my recipient has not received it yet.

For On-Demand Delivery, our standard delivery timeframe is between 10am - 5pm.
If you noticed the status shown "unfulfilled" or "Your order is being processed" within the promised timeframe, it means that the vendor is still in the midst of preparing the item and it will be delivered anytime before 5 pm.
However, if you notice that the item hasn't been delivered after 5 pm, please reach us via [email protected] and our team will assist you from there.
